Start and finish

The start and finish locations of the Mar-athon Sneek differ per distance. Participants in the half and quarter marathons will be taken to the starting locations by shuttle buses. These starting locations can only be reached by shuttle bus. Along the way, the 21 and 10 km connect with the participants in the 42 km and they walk together to the finish on the Mar-tiniplein in Sneek.

42,2 km (Mar-athon)

Starting time: 08.00 - 09.00 AM

Shuttlebus P+R Schuttersveld > NS Station Sneek: 07.30 - 09.00 AM

21,2 km ( Half Mar-athon)

Starting time: 10.00 - 11.45 AM

Starting location: Terherne

Shuttlebus P+R Schuttersveld > Terherne: 09.15 - 11.00 AM

7,5 km

Starting time: 1.00 - 2.00 PM

Starting location: Recreational area 'De Potten'

Shuttlebus P+R Schuttersveld > Recreational area 'De Potten': 12.30 - 1.15 AM

Finish

Walkers can finish until 6.00 PM, after which the runners enter. Walkers can then still finish, but from that moment on they must give space to the runners. At the finish at the Martiniplein, every participant will receive a warm welcome at the Midzo-mar-Festival.

After the finish a shuttle bus will drive between 2.30 PM and 01.00 AM from NS Station Sneek to the P+R location Schuttersveld.
